Eaton’s digital fuel gauging tank wall interface provides intrinsically safe power to, and reads digital data from, a chain of digital fuel probes, compensators and densitometers. Data enables highly accurate fuel-quantity and temperature calculations.

  • Vehicle Management Computer (VMC)  interrogates probes via Tank Wall Interface (TWI) over RS485 and provides fuel quantity calculation
  • Reads calibration data stored on probes to eliminate dry capacitance, stray capacitance and analog conversion errors
  • Does not require RTCA DO-178 or DO-254 to meet FAR25 certification
  • Certifiable per AC 25.981-1C
  • Tank wall mounted
